Please read the following information before booking accommodation, a viewing or an event:

As accommodation providers we follow the guidelines set by the Scottish Government. We take your booking in good faith that the lockdown restrictions have been lifted and visitors are welcome. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure they are also following current up to date guidelines regarding social distancing and social gatherings.

 

Please follow these simple guidelines to keep everyone safe during your stay with us:

 

• Use the hand sanitisers at the entrance of the lodge and cottages each time you enter and exit the property

• Wash hands with the hand soap provided regularly during your stay

• Use the dishwasher to thoroughly wash all crockery and cutlery

• Wipe all surfaces with disinfectant spray as provided before leaving the property

• Strip all bed linen and put these in the bags provided before your departure

• Leave all towels in the bath/shower

In addition to these self-catering guidelines, we also request all guests attending an event at Carrick Castle Estate to follow these nationwide guidelines for keeping safe:

• wear a face covering

• avoid crowded places

• clean hands and surfaces regularly

• stay 2m away from other people

• self-isolate and book a test if you have COVID-19 symptoms
